The Jenna Welch & Laura Bush Community Library is a very unique kind of library! It’s an academic, college library and it’s also a community public library.
The library was created through an agreement with the El Paso Community College (EPCC) and the City of El Paso in 2003. The dual role of the library is to provide instruction, services, materials and personal enrichment for college students, faculty and to the families, children and teens in the Northwest El Paso area. Read about the library’s mission and goals on the EPCC library website. The library provides academic and public librarians and staff to serve your needs.
Currently working on this blog is the Partnership Public Services Librarian, Susan Barnum. To contact Susan directly, call (915) 831-8840 or use email at barnumsb@elpasotexas.gov. You can also find Susan’s reading lists, reviews and more on Worldcat.
